FOAM-LOK™500 is a two-component premium spray foam insulation based on water with an open cell structure. Among its main advantages are unchanging thermal insulation properties, quick installation, and the ability to insulate otherwise very hard-to-reach places and details. FOAM-LOK™500 fills all gaps and prevents moisture and air from penetrating the building structure.

The insulation FOAM-LOK™500 is designed to breathe within the building construction and allows water vapor to pass through (excellent diffusion resistance). FOAM-LOK™500 is especially recommended for roof structures, house walls, between rafters, for wooden buildings, chalets, etc. It completely fills all gaps, creating an air barrier, thus preventing the intrusion of cold air and consequently the condensation of water inside the structure. It prevents the formation of mold and, with all its advantages, is maximally environmentally friendly.

All spray insulation foams with open cell structure absorb water. However, in terms of water absorption, it is crucial not how quickly and how much water the foam absorbs! What matters is how quickly the water can leave the insulation – how quickly the foam can dry out. Some foams exhibit so-called delayed absorption, which can affect the drying out of the foam itself, and this is a significant problem, as the property owner may have no idea about a potential crack in the roof and does not address the situation. Moreover, water-saturated foam/insulation that retains water does not insulate naturally, crumbles, loses adherence to the substrate, and other technical properties. The insulation FOAM-LOK™ 500 is designed to absorb water and allow it to pass further.

The premium line of spray foam insulation FOAM-LOK™ offers a wide range of applications according to the place of use - from foundations to roofs, in interiors and exteriors, offering both open and closed cell structures.
