<NOVATOP BLOCK> – a new generation of wooden office architecture

This is the question addressed by a series of morning expert meetings aimed at architects, developers, and landlords who wish to elevate wooden office construction to the level of contemporary European architecture. The event is organized by AGROP NOVA (NOVATOP) in collaboration with the Perspektiv studio.

Solutions developed in collaboration with architects

The technically precise and reliable system NOVATOP BLOCK was created through dialogue among manufacturers, architects, and experts in statics and fire safety—based on foreign experiences and real practices in the design of office buildings and collaboration with investors.

In this context, wood plays a key role not only as a structural element but also as a carrier of the interior's atmosphere.

The result is buildings where

• wood is not a decoration, but the foundational concept of architecture,
• the structure is not a limitation, but a tool for design.

As the authors themselves state: Here, wood does not need justification. Here, it works.

Expert meetings in an intimate format

The morning business breakfasts create space for focused presentations of the system, dialogue with its creators, and sharing experiences. The format is deliberately intimate, and the capacity for each session is limited.
