The construction of the production plant in Břeclav-Poštorná was part of a strategic plan to implement the production of hemp insulation in the Czech Republic. The plant was opened at the beginning of 2009. Since its opening, it has established a significant position as an important player among natural insulation manufacturers in the Central European market.

Our production plant is equipped with the most modern manufacturing and technological equipment. It is an example of technology that minimally burdens the environment. The primary raw material is only a natural product – hemp hurds. Quality is our top priority for every product. All materials used meet strict European quality and safety standards. We owe our extraordinary quality standards to the enormous innovative potential and the willingness of highly qualified and dedicated employees.

Production proceeds in accordance with all legislative requirements placed on individual production processes. The distributed products are certified by CSI. In recent years, significant investments have been made in production. These investments have focused on further optimization of the production process – increased efficiency, improved quality, and greater flexibility. Likewise, there is a continued improvement of working conditions and plans to minimize ecological impacts.

One significant step in the production and logistics background of our company was the simultaneous launch of a distribution center, which is located on the premises of the production plant. We are able to supply all our customers, both domestic and foreign, from a single location, where the storage and distribution system is governed by strict rules.

We offer not only insulation supplies but also complete consulting services. We have loyal and satisfied customers all over the Czech Republic, and we also export to Slovakia, Austria, Germany, and other EU countries.
