On 12.11.2012, a book about life in the new building of Czech Technical University in Prague Dejvice will be launched at the DOX Centre for Contemporary Art, authored by architect Alena Šrámková and her team. The building has received several prestigious awards, including the Grand Prix of Architects 2011 and second place in the Building of the Year 2011 competition. The publication is published under the auspices of the Mayor of Prague Doc. MUDr. B. Svoboda, CSc.

The launch will be accompanied by a discussion panel on the aforementioned topic, which is also central to this publication. The authors of the book have been intensively engaged in this topic in recent years also because they are convinced of the need to communicate about architecture significantly more through the perspective of the person who uses it daily for both work and leisure. In the countless publications on architecture, this approach and form is still a great exception worldwide.
