In Prague 4, another office building will be built for half a billion crowns

Prague, February 19 (ČTK) - Near Budějovické Square in Prague 4, a new office building will be constructed. It will provide 6,800 square meters of leasable space. The completion of the building named East Building for 480 million crowns is planned for the end of this year, the investor, Sekyra Group, informed ČTK today.
    The building at the corner of Antala Staška Street and Pecharova Street will offer, in six floors, not only offices but also conference spaces and a restaurant. In three underground levels covering 2,000 square meters, there will be garages.
    "East Building is another project we are preparing along Antala Staška Street. Right next to it, we will soon complete the ČS Centrum building. Towards the intersection with Na Strži Street, a modern residential building, Residence Rozhledna, is being developed," said Leoš Anderle, the Executive Director of Sekyra Group.
    The office building, with a total usable area of 10,800 square meters, was designed by architects from Martin Kotík's studio Omicron - K. There will be greenery around it and in the inner atrium.
