One of the most significant industrial buildings in the Czech lands, the Odkolkov Mills in Prague-Vysočany designed by architect Hubert Gessner from 1912 and 1918, is threatened with demolition. The complex is not protected, despite the recommendation of the Prague office of the National Heritage Institute (except for the administration building), and belongs to the company FIM development, which is preparing a new residential and hotel development here.
