Brno - The development company Domoplan will build 190 apartments in the Brno district of Horní Heršpice on an area of over 9,000 square meters for nearly two billion crowns. The apartment building will rise near the Svratka River, close to the commercial zones Avion and Olympia, the company announced in a press release.

"The apartment building is being created according to the designs of the architectural studios Identity Designers and Zlámal architects. They work with simple volumes, clear street space, and the orientation of the apartments to ensure that as many units as possible have views of the river and greenery," stated the owner of the development company, Tomáš Vavřík.

The project, named Riva Residence, will include apartments with layouts ranging from 1+kk to 3+kk and larger ones. The apartments are to have logical floor plans, plenty of natural light, and a clear separation between the living and quiet areas, and will be equipped with balconies, loggias, and terraces. In the basement and ancillary areas of the building, there will be parking for residents, spaces for bicycles and sports equipment, and other technical facilities.

Domoplan already has a zoning decision for the project, and plans to start construction in the first quarter of 2027.
