is announcing a selection procedure for 1 job position according to §6 of Act No. 312/2002 Coll., the Civil Service Act for Territorial Self-Governments in its current wording for the position of Head of the Department of the Chief Architect's Office

The candidate must meet the requirements according to §4 of Act 312/2002 Coll., on Civil Servants of Territorial Self-Governments in its current wording.
qualifications:
according to the job catalog /Government Regulation No. 222/2010 Coll. in its current wording/ - university education in the field of architecture and urban planning
salary classification:
tariff class 11,12 /Government Regulation 564/2006 Coll., on the salary conditions of employees in public service and administration in its current wording/
additional requirements:
- knowledge of PC work (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, CAD system) - organizational skills, ability to communicate with people - knowledge of Act No. 312/2002 Coll. on Civil Servants of Territorial Self-Governments in its current wording - knowledge of Act No. 128/2000 Coll. on Municipalities in its current wording - knowledge of Act No. 183/2006 Coll. on Spatial Planning and Building Code (Building Act) - experience in a managerial position and in the field of architecture and urban planning is welcome
application must include:
- application for the position you are applying for - completed personal questionnaire - resume with a summary of experience - proof of the highest educational attainment - cover letter - extract from the criminal record according to § 6, paragraph 4 (b) of Act No. 312/2002 Coll. - proof of meeting the requirements set by Act No. 451/1991 Coll. in its current wording (a verification certificate or an affidavit that replaces it until its issuance)
- a study of the functioning of the department in a maximum of 2 pages of A4 format in the structure:
1. own vision of the approach to the city and the basic concept of the city from the perspective of spatial and strategic development
2. own vision of the functioning of the Chief Architect's Office concerning the approved scope of the department as part of the organizational change - proposals for supplements and other adjustments
3. own vision of communication and application of spatial and strategic development of the city within the existing structure of the city hall
4. demonstrating knowledge of the tools that local government has available for decision-making about the territory and the possibilities (methods) of their application in specific urban and architectural practice (in broader social, economic, and possibly legal contexts) - this refers to a comprehensive and coherent understanding of the environment in which the chief architect will operate, rather than knowledge of individual laws and subordinate regulations
