In Moscow, a new parliament will be built for the deputies

Moscow - Deputies of both chambers of the Russian parliament - the State Duma and the Federation Council - may soon be working in new surroundings. According to today's announcement by the head of the Kremlin's presidential office, Vladimir Kozhin, a new "parliamentary center" will be built in the center of the Russian capital, where deputies will find ample space and comfort.
    Both the upper and lower parliamentary chambers currently have offices at twenty different addresses in Moscow, which significantly complicates the lives of the deputies and also burdens the state treasury. A site for the construction of a new central parliamentary building is to be selected by the end of March.
    According to Kozhin, the current main building of the Russian parliament, located near the Kremlin, will be sold at auction.
