Kitchen by Zaha Hadid

The DuPont company presented a Corian kitchen unit at the 2006 Milan Design Week (April 5-10), designed by London architect Zaha Hadid. The kitchen layout was divided into two islands named Fire and Water. The built-in cabinet system serves for storing dishes and food, and it also incorporates a speaker system and diffused lighting. The island kitchen also features a built-in LCD screen that can be connected to a computer, iPod, or for receiving television.
