Prague presents itself at the real estate fair in Munich

Prague - At the real estate and investment opportunities fair Expo Real 2007 in Munich, the city of Prague is being presented starting today. The metropolis showcases itself as a city that offers its residents good housing options, job opportunities, as well as cultural and sports activities, reported today in a press release Deputy Mayor Pavel Klega.
    The capital is participating in the international fair for the fifth time. The Prague exhibition stand focuses on new architecture and the position of the Czech metropolis in the European city market. "We are presenting, among other things, studies on new development areas, such as the recreational park U Čeňku in the eastern part of Prague or the area between Prašný Bridge and Špejchar, where investments of city-wide importance are being prepared and, in some cases, have already begun in the area of transport infrastructure," stated Klega. "The planned extensive transformation of areas created by the extraction of gravel and sand deposits into a recreational zone between the Vltava and Berounka rivers, the so-called Radotín Lagoons, is also very interesting," the deputy added, noting that this area could attract investors. Within the exhibition stand, there was also space for some companies and organizations operating in Prague to present themselves.
    The traditional Central European real estate fair Expo Real 2007 will last for three days. Over these days, around 1,800 exhibitors from 45 countries will present themselves across an area of about 63,000 square meters.
