Municipal Development Plan of Nelahozeves - results of the competition
The subject of the competition was the preparation of a territorial development strategy, urban concept, and landscape arrangement concept for the entire administrative area of the municipality of Nelahozeves, including the cadastral areas of Nelahozeves, Lešany, and Podhořany.

Jury evaluation: The proposal represents the most balanced and comprehensive solution to all the mentioned points. The initial urban strategy based on a polycentric structure of the municipality is of very high quality. From this perspective, the relationship of the English resort with Lešany is not completely clarified.
2nd prize (55,000 CZK): Karel Hasenblas, Jiří Koten
Jury evaluation: The proposal is very convincing in intensifying the municipality's development and reducing development areas. It addresses the use of the Vltava riverbank below the center of the municipality very well. It formulates the use of the center in Podhořany, but is insufficient in addressing the connection between the northern part of the municipality and the historical center.
3rd prize (25,000 CZK): Eduard Žaluda, Michaela Dejdarová, Michal Filsak, Petra Hušková, Edita Vávrová
Jury evaluation: The proposal works with three centers, but the definition of the center in Podhořany is very unconvincing. The jury considers the delineation of the boundary between the landscape and built-up areas, especially in the Bažantnice area and the area for completion between the English resort and Lešany, to be incorrect.
