UPDATED: The Czech Chamber of Architects announces a public non-anonymous competition for the design and implementation of its new unified visual identity

Concept of a new unified visual identity for the Czech Chamber of Architects with an emphasis on digital media.

The aim of the competition is to design and implement a new unified visual identity for the Czech Chamber of Architects and to find a stable partner in the field of graphic design for long-term collaboration.

Deadline
Submission of competition proposals: November 5, 2012

Prizes
1st prize 30,000 CZK
2nd prize 20,000 CZK
3rd prize 10,000 CZK

The aim of the competition is to conclude a contract with the winner for the development of the competition proposal into a functional design manual with a precise scope at a total price of 120,000 CZK excluding VAT. The prize will not be awarded if a contract is signed for the assignment.

The competition proposals will be assessed and evaluated by a committee appointed by the organizer, consisting of:

The subject of the competition is the concept of a new unified visual identity for the Czech Chamber of Architects with an emphasis on digital media. Present the main idea of the visual identity, represented by the redesign of the existing brand, a preview of chosen printed materials and, above all, the vision of a new website for ČKA. Participants may provide any additional applications of the proposed visual identity, with the understanding that the main communication tool for ČKA will be the website supported by other digital communication channels - email, newsletter, Facebook, etc. Used not only by various internet applications on PCs but also through smartphones and tablets.
