Biography
Juan Daniel Fullaondo Errazu was a Basque architect, educator, and writer who, during the period of 1964-78, managed to design and build nearly 60 structures with his friends (Fernando Olabarria, Álvaro Líbano, José Luis, and Félix Iñiguez de Onzoño), ranging from family and residential homes to libraries, school buildings, cultural centers, and healthcare facilities. In 1962, he received the National Prize for Architecture. Until 1968, he served as an educator at the polytechnic university ETSAM in Madrid. He was a partner in the office of Sáenz de Oiza. He contributed to the research and critical analysis of historical architecture. He helped establish the magazines "Arquitectura," "Hogar y Arquitectura," and "Nueva Forma."
