The subject of the urban planning and architectural competition for the future development of the Yellow Hill in Old Brno is the resolution of the conceptual design of the given area and its development. The developer defined the development of the Yellow Hill in Old Brno in a memorandum on construction in the territory of the city district: “The city district requires the establishment of a site for the development of a new villa neighborhood on the Yellow Hill, as an integral part of the urban structure. The urban arrangement will be determined by a public architectural competition.”
Application for participation together with the relevant documents proving the fulfillment of the participation conditions will be delivered in paper form to the secretary of the competition at the address of the registry: Statutory City of Brno, city district Brno-střed, Dominikánská 2, 601 69 Brno, by the deadline of September 30, 2019.

Reimbursement of expenses related to participation in the competition Unawarded participants, whose competition design will not be excluded by the developer during the evaluation, will be allocated an amount of 40,000 CZK, the so-called sketch fee.
