The exhibition is organized on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the republic with the support of the Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic. It presents the theme of social construction through housing development in the first decades of Czechoslovakia's existence and the contemporary attitudes and approaches of Czechoslovak society towards housing based on the monitoring of individual sub-themes: state housing policy, social housing, housing discussions, cooperative housing, private rental housing, experimentation in housing construction, collective housing and collective houses, corporate housing construction, prefabrication and standardization, and housing crisis. The authors of the texts are Dagmar Černoušková, Jindřich Chatrný, Hubert Guzik, Jakub Potůček, Klára Eliášová, Eva Novotná, Lucie Valdhansová, and the curators of the exhibition Michal Kohout and David Tichý.
