Vaduz State Capitol Forum

Despite a public referendum in 1991 that let Luigi Snozzi fail with his capitol project, his masterplan as the perspective conception aiming for a spatial urban composition of a state quarter was valid since 1987. This chance to have both for the first time, a state as well as an urban centre, was almost entirely wasted with solitary competition projects. Individually the delicate settings of this project are made to compose a newly inspired, spatially conceivable forum, formed as an ensemble with fragments of historical monuments together with precise new elements in terms of scale, material and monochromatic. Its frame in front will be an enclosed great garden of odour.
