Residence White Rose

The White Rose Residence is a small-scale project in a picturesque town in the foothills of the Šumava Mountains. The building of a former coaching inn, situated in a conservation area right on the Kašperské Hory Square, has undergone a complete renovation. This has enabled the creation of 18 residential units with layouts ranging from 1+kk to 3+kk. Thanks to a thoughtful approach, the apartments offer variable solutions, from smaller studios with an area of 36 m² to generous maisonettes with an area of up to 119 m². The investor placed particular emphasis on the sensitive restoration of the historical building in combination with high-quality contemporary standards. Vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and bricks, handmade doors and windows, and sensitively refurbished interior elements give the space a unique atmosphere. Modern technologies, such as online energy metering or central ecological heating, ensure the comfort of living. The apartments include a cellar and a parking space with charging facilities for electric cars. The comfort of residents is enhanced by a bakery and a café with a roasting room on the ground floor of the White Rose, as well as a private atrium with a landscaped garden and a gazebo. The reconstruction of the White Rose, as the last dilapidated building on the local square, is the second project that the investor has implemented in Kašperské Hory - in this case, the project returned lost values not only to the house itself, but also to its wider surroundings.
