The construction of the entire residential complex consists of a total of 30 apartment buildings. The area is divided into two localities based on the terrain morphology and transportation accessibility: the northern locality and the southern locality. A characteristic feature of the locality is that the surroundings of the buildings are designed in terraces, with terraces on the natural terrain as well as above the roofs of garages, and these terraces will serve the residents of the apartments as private decorative gardens without visual contact with public street spaces, ensuring a quiet and peaceful life around the house. The point system of the buildings allows for the integration of structures into greenery and the growth of greenery from the central area designed as natural greenery upwards into the slopes at the edge of the development, where it merges with the peripheral greenery. The design is thus an experiment in combining the capacity utilization of the area in an urban manner while addressing underground vehicle parking and preserving maximum greenery while creating intimacy in the private gardens around the houses. The space is part of the city near a higher-level communication hub, yet it will be isolated by the terrain configuration and layout concept (shielded by the future commercial zone) into a hidden valley transitioning into green areas and extensively developed landscapes. The residential buildings are designed to be airy, glazed, with reinforced concrete basements and supporting structures. The design includes a larger share of landscaping, forest plantings, the implementation of non-forest greenery, and the establishment of greenery in a strip designated for the spatial system of ecological stability. This greenery, once grown, will create an exceptionally high-quality environment for the proposed residential buildings. This planting is a fundamental condition for creating a high-standard residential environment.
