Program
Overall reconstruction of the nine-story administrative building. Outdoor modifications - greenery and parking, new facade, modern lobby, new elevators, underground parking, catering service, overall modernization of the building's technical and technological equipment.
A proposal for spatial layout is being developed for tenants.

Tenant selection: VALEO, EC GGROUP, FAGOR, EUREST, ECCO PAPER, MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE, INTERGRAPH, K2, FUTURE GROUP, FITNESS CLUB OF OLGY ŠÍPKOVÁ, etc.
