Type A - the principle of this micro-apartment is: one living room for one adult person. The apartment cell consists of two combined rooms (16.80 m2). A kitchenette and a toilet are inserted between the two living rooms (in the case of an apartment for a married couple). Children, however, reside in children's homes. In the case that this living unit is occupied by two single individuals (it is therefore divided into two separate single rooms), the kitchenette is also replaced by a toilet. A micro-apartment of this type is a transitional stage to a complete collective house.
