Pannónia 99 apartment building

The project is a residential housing development, that fills in a block in the 13th district of Budapest. Above the ground floor, which is occupied by commercial and parking areas, the apartments are clad in simple white plaster on the outside, while the background of the loggias got a reflective ceramic tile finish contrasting the two layers of the facade. The 1st floor courtyard is spacious and intimate. The repetitive facade structure is diversified by the slightly varied divisions between floors and the railing that loses its density gradually towards the upper floors.
