Biography
1961 - moved with his family from Algerian Miliana to Paris
1985 - graduated from the architecture school Paris-Villemin
1986 - obtained the CEAA certificate for designing stage sets
1985-94 - settled in southern France in Théoule-sur-Mer, gained work experience in various architectural firms. He met Hungarian organic architect Antti Lovag (1920-2014), with whom he designed in 1992 Bubble Palace for Pierre Cardin.
1994 - opened his own studio in Paris, focusing on scenography
from 2001 - led a joint practice with Henri Rivière (1965-2010) called Moatti-Rivière
