A nice location, but disfigured by single-family houses in a warped version of luxury. Fortunately, an investor bought two plots next to each other and thus obtained a greater distance away and more greenery. Two rectangular wings create an intimate atrium. The multilevel architecture responds to the undulating terrain. Sunset views. Quiet location, humble architecture – a tradition of classical modernism.
